What is the price range for your Speakers?

  • Our programs start at $5000.00 plus expenses.   If a Speaker is coming through your area or lives in your area, this fee has some flexibility.

 

What does “exclusive representation” mean?  

  • It means that we manage all requests for the speaker and that we have direct access to them. We love our speakers and know their needs.   There is no guess-work in understanding how they will meet your criteria.  Having an exclusive relationship means that you will get information quickly and accurately.

 

How do I book a Speaker for my event?

  • We make the process easy!  When you are ready, we will send you a few questions. Your responses allow us to share the information with the Speaker so that nothing gets lost  in translation and so that the Speaker, and we, fully understand the intent of your program or event.

 

What can I expect from a Speaker at the event?

  • Our Speakers enjoy their experiences of being on the road and meeting new people.   In addition to a formal presentation, most of our speakers will meet with a group for an informal discussion, share a meal and participate in a reception and book signing.  Depending on your program needs, they are flexible with both the time of their speech and the sequence of events.

 

How long does it take to receive a response from the Speaker?

  • Generally, you will hear back from us within 24 hours.  If  it’s a longer period of time, we will let you know that in advance.

 

What timeline should I use? Is it ever too late or too early to book a Speaker?

  • We  work at your pace.  We have experience working years in advance for a special event, and we have experience turning things around in less than 24 hours!

 

What are the fees, commission, and expenses?

  • When we quote fees, we will include a list of expenses for which you would be responsible. Besides the Speaker’s honorarium, these would include travel, hotel accommodations, meals and ground transport. We can give you an estimate of those expenses if you’d like. Many groups want to have one inclusive price, and we are happy to include all expenses into the honorarium for you. There are no separate commission fees with our agency.

 

What if there is a cancellation?

  • Rarely, if ever, do we have cancellations.   Be assured that should a force majeure occur, we will work closely with you to make sure that no stone goes un-turned to either find a new speaker or to find a new date for the event. When bad weather threatens, we will stay in close contact with you, and with the Speaker, to monitor your situation and the Speaker’s travel.
